How payment works

You pay the full inclusive amount at checkout. Prices include 15% VAT. If you cancel, any refund is of the amount you paid, and the VAT portion follows the same refund.

Cooling-off

If the Consumer Protection Act, section 16, applies because the agreement came from direct marketing, you may cancel in writing within five business days. Tell us at admin@permi.co.za. We refund the amount paid for work that has not started.

After work has started

Custom design and development, once started, is made to your brief. If you cancel after we have started, the refund is limited to the portion of the fee for work not yet done. Work already completed, including design time, is retained against the fee.

Logo design

The R900 incl. VAT logo option is refundable before we send concepts. After concepts are sent, the logo fee is kept.

Care plans

A care plan can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. The monthly fee for the notice period is payable. Hosting already used is not refunded as unused days.

Email admin@permi.co.za with your name, project and what you want refunded. These terms sit with the project terms.
