Who is responsible

Permi (Pty) Ltd, trading as Spiderweb Design, is the responsible party for personal information you send us about a project. The Information Officer can be reached at admin@permi.co.za or 081 599 7002.

What we collect

  • Your name, email, phone and preferred contact method.
  • Business and project details you choose to share, including domain access notes. Do not send passwords.
  • Files you upload after payment, such as a logo, photos or a product spreadsheet. They are stored with your booking and emailed to us.
  • Payment references from Yoco, PayFast or EFT. We do not store card numbers on this website.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to you, prepare an estimate, do the work you booked, issue invoices, and send project updates (received, design started, ready for review, and live). The legal bases are your consent, the contract to do the work, and our duty to keep tax records.

Who we share it with

Payment providers (Yoco or PayFast), the host that serves the site, and email or WhatsApp so we can reach you. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept while the project is open and for as long as tax and company records require. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need for those duties.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or object to processing, by emailing admin@permi.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator.

Using this policy on your website

If you ask us to use the standard POPIA privacy policy on a site we build for you, we will adapt this notice with your business name and contact details. Your shop's own company and VAT details, if you sell online, are yours — they are not Permi's.
